Well, today I am officially without employment. As someone who has always worked, it is very strange to not have an income! I am used to conducting training and working on mult-million dollar projects. Yesterday, my biggest accomplishment was teaching Makena how to move forward on her new scooter. She figured out the backwards after a few minutes, but kept running into walls (and chairs, and dogs...). It's a different kind of accomplishment, but it felt great nonetheless.
